We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any items unless the item is confirmed to be faulty at the time of delivery.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are correct, suitable, and compatible for their intended application prior to purchase.

2. Faulty or Defective Items Only

A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if the item is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing or supply defects.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

To initiate a fault claim, customers must provide sufficient supporting evidence, which may include:

  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Clear description of the fault
  • Photographs and/or videos demonstrating the issue
  • Serial numbers or product identifiers (where applicable)

All claims are subject to verification, inspection, and (where applicable) manufacturer or supplier assessment.

3. Resolution at Our Discretion

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, Jess Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement with the same item or an equivalent alternative
  • Refund of the purchase price

The choice of remedy shall be determined by Jess Technology Sdn Bhd and shall constitute full and final settlement of the claim.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items that have been installed, used, tested, modified, or tampered with
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, electrical issues, or environmental factors
  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer, including wrong model, specification, voltage, rating, or compatibility
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or issues that do not affect core functionality
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals, labels, or original packaging

5. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider.

Unauthorised chargebacks, including those raised for non-fault-related reasons, incorrect orders, or change of mind, may be contested by us with supporting documentation, including this policy, order records, and delivery confirmation.

FPX payments and credit card transactions are governed by the terms of the respective payment providers. Approved refunds will only be processed in accordance with this policy.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Please allow up to 7–14 working days from approval for the refund to be reflected.

Original shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a verified fault or error on our part.

If a faulty item is approved for return, return shipping instructions will be provided.

Items returned without authorisation, insufficient packaging, or outside the approved process may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
